1. Eligibility
   • Participants must meet the age criteria for each race category:
     • 4KM Fun Run: Minimum age 6 (parental supervision required under 12).
     • 10KM Challenge: Minimum age 14.
     • 21KM Half Marathon: Minimum age 18.
     • Proof of age may be required during registration or bib collection.
2. Registration & Fees
   • Registration is required to participate. No on-spot entries will be allowed.
   • Entry fees are final and cannot be refunded or transferred under any conditions.
   • Registration will be considered successful only after payment confirmation and agreement to all event guidelines.
3. Health & Safety
   • Participants acknowledge that running a marathon involves physical exertion and accept full responsibility for their health and fitness.
   • All participants are strongly advised to consult with a physician prior to the event to ensure they are medically fit to take part.
   • First-aid and emergency medical support will be available on the route and at the venue.
4. Code of Conduct
   • Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and courteously toward fellow runners, volunteers, and organizers.
   • Any participant found to be disruptive, abusive, or engaging in unsafe behavior will be disqualified.
5. Event Changes & Cancellation
   • ECMS reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel the event in case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, public health concerns).
   • In case of cancellation, no refunds will be issued, but alternate virtual or future event options may be offered.
6. Race Bibs & Timing
   • Bibs are non-transferable. Swapping or sharing race bibs is not allowed under any circumstances.
   • Participants must wear their official bib at all times during the race.
7. Photography & Media
   • By participating, you grant ECMS and its partners the right to use photographs, video, or other media of the event for promotional and informational purposes without compensation.
8. Liability Waiver
   • The organizers, sponsors, and associated parties are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during the event.
   • Participation is at your own risk.
9. Privacy Policy
   • Personal information collected during registration will only be used for event management, communication, and promotional purposes in compliance with data protection laws.
